id suggest after consulting repo and others along with my findings.
1. standard reg is easy fine for that.
2. id boost control or have it mapped on the standard spring.
3. depends on the ecu setup. sure paul can help here. i got 4 bar in my vems.
4. 1 bar on mine will see 300hp.
imho mtm is old hat and the same can be got for less now unless you really want mtm.
on a 2.5 id be going SC6057 full v band turbo for mid 2k spool and running to whatever but thats a 1200 dollar turbo.
Do you know if you still on a stock 250KPa MAP sensor? What sort of boost are you seeing?
I don't, sorry Andy... The old girl hasn't been on a rolling road since 2003 when we got her and when that figure was generated... (My experience with rolling roads suggests it's probably +/- (more likely) 5% too)...
To my knowledge, the car is totally standard (even paper airfilter) apart from the MTM StageII remap.

@AndyP - if those MTM chips are not scrambled, I can have a quick look at their contents to answer those questions as it should be self evident to me unless they have completely munged the 'normal' Motronic structure but having seen inside MTM274PS chips for the AAN I'd be confident that is not the case.
As said above - I'd expect circa 1bar on redline for max power in 300bhp country and stock injectors on stock FPR should be fine and dandy. The wee stock turbo aint so happy running quite that much boost on the redline - so a good intercooler is required to keep air temps sensible up here.
