    Internals Upgrade for RS2 Turbo!

Now i have the RS2 setup what would i need to upgrade and what are the best parts to upgrade to? I want to maximise the potential for the RS2 turbo and then in the future get a garrett on there.
3'' Longlife Exhaust, Koni Adjustables, H&R Springs, Full RS2 Setup with Mr Nugents RS2 Chips (just need the RS2 Airbox)

get a 360 degree thrust bearing in the turbo if you haven't done so already...

You need uprated rods to get the maximum from the RS2 turbo. Then optional head porting will improve torque.

Cheapest are the SCAT style ones, Aronmatic has some for about ÂŁ350 a set. If you want the best quality then you're looking at nearly double that, Arrow, Carillo etc. Depends on the term 'best'

I would say Pauters personally. It's what Aelred uses and what myself and Terrybullwon are using.

Scat on a budget yes. Are you planning on getting it balance or just a rod change?

Didn't Aelred help with your RS2 conversion Steve? Sounds like he'd be the best person to speak to regarding all this

Yep Aelred fitted the manifold turbo etc. I was just planning on getting the rods changed to handle the RS2 turbo. What work is involved in getting it balanced and more importantly how much will it set me back (still saving for a house)

Aelred can do the lot, best speak to him regards pricing.

Looking at 1-2k for a good job with parts I would say.

you're roughly looking about 200 - 300 for a decent balancing job Steve

The difference between my old S14 and my mates one whose had been balanced was night and day
