Martin, the 7A pressure reg will raise your fuel pressure to 4bar. You'll be running rich if you change it without a remap.

i still have fault code 1111 stored btw, but ive had that since it was first chipped.
wouldnt mind knowing how to get rid of it though.

I can look at the chips for you at the next gathering if you like - just to see that checksums are OK.
Agree with Steve on the FPR - don't fit it without a remap or you will be too rich at WOT and you may not be able to run within adaptation limits of lambda control at cruise conditions.
Short of changing your WG for a known good one I can't think what else to suggest right now... Except a leak of course.
