did You check the bearing play (clearance) when installed? There is no use if people try to guess what went wrong, as there are all possible scenarios:
-wrong clearance
-damper/other imbalance issue
-oilpump problem
-oilpump drive gear loose
-debris in oil gallery, would hit head first', though...
-bent connecting rod
-scratches in the journal
-deformed big end
If You rebuild with same manners You did the previous rebuild, You will most likely have same issues, as You cured the symptom, but not the disease.
Everything less than 2 bar is considered to be naturally aspirated
-wrong clearance-- i don't know how to check
-damper/other imbalance issue-- i will check
-oilpump problem --i will change it
-oilpump drive gear loose--i will check

-bent connecting rod--i don't know how to check
-scratches in the journal--i don't know how to check
-deformed big end--i don't know how to check--
I recommend investing in some plastigauge at the very least this time, ideally getting the tunnel bores & rods checked for straightness - also definately check the big ends for roundness.
