if you have the oilfilter housing of the block: carefuly; there are a "bleedbackvalve"; who has to be loose in the housing....it coult have some issues with the oilpressure too...it have to be some in6 skrew....
and if you does have a defect oilfilter( not audi one) and have the inside leek; you does NOT have oilpressure on the bearings....

did You check the bearing play (clearance) when installed? There is no use if people try to guess what went wrong, as there are all possible scenarios:

          -wrong clearance
          -damper/other imbalance issue
          -oilpump problem
          -oilpump drive gear loose
-debris in oil gallery, would hit head first', though...
          -bent connecting rod
          -scratches in the journal
          -deformed big end

If You rebuild with same manners You did the previous rebuild, You will most likely have same issues, as You cured the symptom, but not the disease.

I recommend investing in some plastigauge at the very least this time, ideally getting the tunnel bores & rods checked for straightness - also definately check the big ends for roundness.

Big ends should be 0.010-0.052mm according to the 3B shop manual.
