    Conrod bearings problem. Big one.

    First :Merry Christmas !

and now the big problem :
i replace the original condrod bearings with kolbenschmidt new bearings.
after that about 200 km was ok and after the oil pressure start to drop down and on acceleration (stationary) i heard a noise from conrods.
i drive about 30 km with oil on minimum level and maybe a litle under.
after the oil sump was open i find it this on the conrods from cylinder 3 (the bad ones) and from cylinder 4 (the scratched)

the code from the bearings are :32643 and 74 696 600
    and the sputter one : 32761 and 71 656 600
anyone have any ideea if the bearings are bad or is other problem ?
thank you and sorry for my long post and my english.

Hmm to me it sounds like the wrong size bearings m8.
Maybe the bearings is on +.25 oversize and the cranck is std size?

Don't you mean the crank was -.25 undersize and the bearings std size.

the oil is not a problem. May be a problem if you started the engine after replacing the bearings without purge the oil system, or as Error thinks... clearance problem because of wrong size bearings.

Problem is that in Romania we cannot find Glyco's. Not the sputter ones at least.
Is interesting to find iff the Kolben schmit ones are sputter as they say.

if you NOt have the oilfilter housing of the block; there are some isues with the valva in the oilfilter housing; and if you have a bad oilfilter ( bad sirkulation) in the oilfilter; you do not have the oill pressure ,and controll of the oilpump...

When u put the bearings in, did you lubricate them?
Could be an oil pressure problem.

Why did you change the old bearings?
