WGFV waste gate valve. The one wich controles boost. The pipe from the waste gate i told you to plug and check the boost, is going straight at it.

Take a screw driver and a 8mm screw. Go outside, unscrew the hose clamp from the wg, Put the screw in tight the clamp and have a ride with the eyes on the boost gauge and let us know.

i am thinking now in the new buy list:

              New N75...J,H...dont know
              new knock sensors
              new sparks
new distributor...dont know if there are some better than the original from 7A engines
              new sparks cables
              new wastegate seal..
              ....................

it is "some" crazy, but surelly with all these parts new my car must work a bit better

I had a problem where my wg\spring was to hard\or to much preload on it which caused the ecu to retard the boost ,someone gained more hp on a dyno by changing
the waste gate spring to a softer one so as to keeping within the ecus map perameters .

                        Warning: New K24 7200 Destroyed

                        hello friends¡¡ for say something

now i went with a mechinical friend and finally discovered why my turbo does not load well 2.0bar...only 1,3bar

after check ALL,,,ignition, sparks, wires, distributor, boost leaks,DV,knock sensors...ONLY few more things can be and i´ve beliebe that the Wastegate valve or Turbo can be....BUY WHY?? if my turbo it is complete NEW with 10000kms¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡

and does not eat or lose engine oil...and doe snot sound "bad".....OK...it is destroyed the coldside....BECAUSE IT ATE the MAF MESH¡¡¡¡¡¡¡

                        i cant believe that¡¡ fuc king MESH¡¡¡

guys....please check the MAF mesh and if you can...delete it for keep out bigger problems¡¡

i am having boost problems since the last days of october 2009...(the days whem it ate it) and,,after this...i´ve changed the engine oil, changed all cambelts,Dhalback cam puley, cleaned the front radiator, changed the coolant.....changed both knock sensors, sparks plugs, sparks wires, distributor rotor.... and now this....

i am some "happy" because finally found the problem..ah¡¡¡ and i was running with my car and turbo broken in a track around 7 days after my turbo fails, without any problem..only that load 1´3bar...and the software must give 1´8bar in 3rd gear and 2.0bar in 5th gear....

it seems that only has broken the coldside blades,,,and the axis it looks like perfect condition

WHAT CAN I DO NOW?? i will install my top condition k24 7000...but dont know what to do in the early future,,, if repair it,upgrade it with 360 bearing?? hibrid it with something??

or buy an other turbo like garret gt2876R or gt3071 that may can work "fine" with RS2 chipsets as 034 Motorsport says

                        please help,all coments are welcome

                          ohhh no!!
                          So sorry to hear that.
That maf mesh ring must have come lose. Did you overtigten the maf hose clip? Maybe that forced the retaining ring out and let the mash pop out under the suction of 2.0bar!

I think your turbo can be repaired. Maybe call AET turbos in England or find a kkk specialist.

                          Good luck !!

Rocco, I'm sorry to hear you damaged your turbo, but also glad you found the problem. Sure you can get the coldside blades replaced. I had a loose mesh on my MAF but purely by luck I found it before it went in the turbo. You dont have to do the MAF hose so tight because there is no pressure in that hose, only vacuum.

i know it friend ,but whem bought my car few years ago i did not knew this point and always torque all that my hand and arm did

i am not sure where i will have to send it.....dont know if change the blades it is so expensive...

i´ve heard that someones install in it the 360 bearing and install an other compressor bearing that with it can load more than 2.0bar easily and reliable like the k27 can

                                good luck you had
