Depends if on a couple of things.....

The last time all the nuts were removed.
If you have/made a bent 15mm spanner for the bottom turbo bolt.
Obviously you have never donne it before so i would deffo allow for longer than 2 hrs!
Probably the longet S2 project in history EVER!

Depends on if you can get the downpipe nuts off that mate to the turbo, that will take the most time.

My Garrett turbo is so big it won't come off if you undo all the nuts as the hotside will hit the chassis as there isn't enough room to pull it out normally., you have to remove the studs from the manifold to lift it up and out

When I did mine for the downpipe and hotside swap it took 3 hours, namely because of the above and having to think latterly

3 hours to be safe , make sure you have the other turbo prep'd..i.e new gaskets for oil union/join all clean ...15mm spanner that you can make the open end thinner with grinder turbo nuts, bend one for exhaust, same again grind the ring slightly so easier turning..spray everything the night before with lube

I would say a bit more then 3-4 hours, the downpipe bolts can be a real pita.
