S2 3b not starting

Sorry for the late update.

I got the car started in the end.
Tried a different Maf and a new dissy cap.

After standing for a few days its still struggling to run and is only ticking over on 2 or 3 cylinders.
I have a few new coils and POSs to try out as im sure thats whats coursing the pore ignition.

Have you tried the output tests for the injectors? Sounds like one or two might be clogged. I had this exact problem when I bought a set of used RS2 injectors that had been sitting for a while. Car wouldn't start at first then it did after a while but ran really rough and only on 3 or 4 cylinders. Shipped the injectors off for cleaning and they came back like brand new. Car fired up and ran perfectly.

Cheers Archi. The injectors are only a year old so I would have thought they would be ok. Fuel filter is about 3 years old.

I tried a whole load of new coils today but same prob on all of them

What about rotor arm or plugs?
