    Crankshaft pulley bolt for Stroker

Hi, I have noticed today that the winding in the AEL diesel crank is far back compared to the rs2 crank so that the stock bolt does not fit (too short)!

What sk you use there? The diesel bolt or an aftermarket one?

      I used diesel bolt.
Everything less than 2 bar is considered to be naturally aspirated

The genies at Audi gave instead of the AEL crankshaft bolt (N 904 980 02) the V6 and other TD bolt (059 105 229).

The difference in general is that the AEL is Hexagon M18x1,5 and 110 length and the other one is Twelve edges M18x1,5 and 98 length.

Dont know the hardness of the AEL block but the RS2 one is 12,something anf this one i got now is 11.0

should i give it back or should i use it. I believe the lenght is of no issue.

Given the massive torque setting on these I'd get an AEL one. The length should not be a problem but if it's not 12.9 grade then this will be.

Diesel ones are not grade 12 BTDT

It's not a problem I asked around and Repo said use the diesel one

Both are diesel ones! Question is bring it back and get AEL or stick with it?

Use the one appropriate to the your crank, mine was an AAT so I used the AAT bolt
