Advise needed on rs2 upgrades

I am currently running my 3b with the following upgrades,rs2 turbo, rs2 manifold ,rs2 injectors,7a fpr, 044 pump, and mrc remap,head rebuild and metal head gasket.but the car still runs the standard inter cooler and air box.So I need to change these for upgraded items. can anyone advise me what trhe best upgrades would be for my car taking into consideration that Iam not looking for much more than 350bhp,and a drivable car

Given that you stay in the UK where it is freezing all the time, I'd suggest an ABY intercooler and XM as they are good value. Also an ABY air box with a little mod can be as good as an RS2 airbox at a fraction of the cost.

It depends on your budget though, I am going to go for an RS2 air box because I am going for around 500 BHP. I am also using a Wagner reverse IM with larger intercooler for faster spool up.

I would use the Wagner EVO RS IC since it will bolt up to your stock 3B crossmember.

A second hand RS2 IC will be more then enough for a normal rs2 turbo setup. If you can afford a Wagner IC better buy that for, most likely, future upgrades

Or make your own front crossmember and use a universal intercooler and piping;





ABY airbox and ebay bassport opens things up as well cheaply, I don't think it has as much volume above the filter as an adu though. There is a few diy/how to mod aby airboxes on here.

i've got one of the braces and intercoolers sitting around. @ andy who's was the second car? recognise the first as bo's

correct first car is Bo's,

I assume the second car is/was gnutz2's as he was selling the intercooler/xm kit

Bo's core is 780x300x76mm

Gnutz; 440mm x 300mm x 76mm

I think when it was discussed it was suggested bo's was a bit oversize for a k24 but ok for rs2.
