Excessive Oil Spit in CatchCan, RS2 recently rebuilt

Hello Guys, I need help, my engine is spitting much oil in the catch can, accumulates in a single run hard 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 max 7200rpm in gear, total of 1.2 liters of oil in catchtank. I've tried everything and nothing solved, Please help me, I will be eternally grateful

New engine too, I just rebuild is a RS2 ADU with the following parts below:

    Scat Rods
    OE Pistons
    New Rings
    New Bearings
    New headgasket OE
    Standard Block
Piston Rings, perfectly fitted to the right measures
    Maximum Head Ported
Head (new seals, hi-rate New Springs, New Titanium Retainers)

    Other parts:
    - VEMS ECU
    - Garret GT3076r .60 .78
    - 2000cc Injector Dynamics ID2000 (100% ethanol fuel using e100)
    - Wagner Inverted Manifold Intercooler Kit
    - 034 Tubular Exhaust Manifold and Dowpipe
    - Full 3 "Exhaust System
    - High Output Coils LS1

    Notes:
    - The engine was run for 80km after rebuilt, now is set to boost 1.4bar max, max rpm 7500rpm
    - Operation is Fine
    - Compression Test, all cilinder is 11.5bar
    - Head retight 80lb/fs already in ARP
    - Oil level is OK not overflowing (I tried using half level, the problem continues)
    - PCV system completely removed OE
    - Installed directly on the crankcase Ventilation block and head for the CatchCan Oil (Catch Can connected to turbine inlet to generate vacuum). Hoses used -10an"
    - Oil in catchcan is milky appearance
    - Not smoke in exhaust

    Anyone have any idea?
