Maybe a ported head will give you that, as JP has done on his.
Hence I choose the CT355. Both GT3076 versions did not bring me what I was looking for. Nevertheless the tuner and clocking of cams has huge impact on the overal drivability of a car. This is something I could not do myself.

No reason to doubt that figure:
Noted Norwegian Audi tuner ES Tuning pulled 370+ whp on a 3071 equipped S4 on their Mustang dyno. They use a fixed 25% loss for guesstimating flywheel figures, bringing that figure to around 500hp (most likely exaggerated). The whp figure from a Mustang dyno is as real as it gets, though.
That engine was an AAN, with the following mods: 3071 stage 1 kit from 034. Manual boost controller set to 1.8bar peak. Wagner EVO exhaust manifold, turbo back 3" exhaust, 034 coil kit.
Can't recall if the IC was stock, but I think not.
I had the pleasure of testing this car on the road, and it put down 355whp as best. We could only do a 2nd gear pull, so a 3rd or 4th gear pull would of course elevate the power figure somewhat.

          Mustang dyno I believe.
Not home, can check later if you like and ask for the details in the evening...

If you use a proper electronic controller instead of an MBC (the one inside the AAN ecu is nice for example), then you can get better torque and better power.

The S4 isn't mine, but I use a MBC on my own RS2 (around 420whp and 600nm at the wheels. 2.15bar and 600nm at the wheels arrives at 3800rpm in 4th ).
I have already blown one N75, almost melting the engine in the process, so they are going nowhere my car again.... The Turbotech controller lets the turbo boost just as fast as it would with a disconnected pressure hose to the WG. http://autospeed.com.au/cms/title_Th...7/article.html
            Different discussion, though.

its a crude measurement to use 25% of losses. Fine, if it produces a whp figure, but that does not tell me how much crank. And to be honest, on pump 98octane gas, on 1.8bar and non ported head, i doubt its making more than 430hp crank, esp with AAN cams, which apparently as not as aggresive as ADU. So the 355whp you are getting is closer to real life i guess.

whats the spec on a ct355. it appears no longer on the comp turbo site?

i think its similar to my sc6152e. i have no ported head. if its like i have i think it will make 500 on a stock head. stock cams may fall flat a little early though.

im not a fan of the precision offereings from 034 but i am a big precision fan. i wont have anythnig else.

boost wise on a 0.63 stage 5. i dont see full boost in first and second. im only hitting say 1.7bar max in second but im not loading it up proper. 3rd is a differnt story. i see full boost there about from about 4k. 4500 is singing rpm. its hard on it till 7+ once you up the gears boost comes earlier so maybe 3500.

the sc6152e is no modern device its built around an E trim with fairly nice wheels but old casings. its about what you want from them. my mate drove a lambo 560 at weekend and said that once moving theres not a lot if any in it. the lambo throttle response wins though. i did 4 cars on the outside of a bend yesterday in split seconds. not bad for a project costing about 12k all in all.

Interesting, it seems the CT355 is no longer for sale, but replaced with the CT3-5658 Billet Race Turbocharger. A slightly higher HP output.

"TO4E T3/T4 Hybrid turbocharger with a CT56 Billet Compressor wheel HE58 Turbine wheel .63 Non-Port T3 turbine housing. Perfect for 1.8 to 2.8 liter engines with power levels up to 570 HP "

What is the exact in/ex specs of CT355? I think my(soon arriving) modified 355 version would be just with the 5658 specs..? Jyrki told it would be fine for up to 550hp.

                          Stg4 55 is 55mm in / 60mm ex, and can be chosen with a turbine housing or .48, .63 or .82 A/r

A moment off topic, works this MBC with a motronic?
Can the turbo pressure be resized now with a MBC?

Oh yeah I should choose a CT 355 Marcel!

Answer to both questions is: yes, indeed it can.

CT changed the names of the turbos recently, and some of the older compressor wheels were left out from the inventory.

Name 355 was a bit confusing, as 55 referred to a trim, and there are multiple impeller size wheels available from different vendors with that trim, so some of them were 53, some 54 and some 57mm. There was even 52mm regrind available with that trim.

Now with new names, same story like before, it really does not matter which name the turbo has, as the name only forms when the final setup is decided, and to meet the customer requirements.

At this point Bram's turbo should be 5662 3b. And yes, it can deliver more than 500 crank hp. Tried it multiple times. I do not know about wheel horses, as people here in finland want to stick with the crank figures for some reason, and I only get the crank hp plots from customers.
Everything less than 2 bar is considered to be naturally aspirated
