I have a b3 90q that I am trying to do an AAN swap into and she isnt firing up.
Here is everything in a nutshell:
Wiring:
So these are the AAN pins I have connected to my 90q harness using these resources here:

b3 90q NG wiring diagram http://www.s2central.net/S2_Schematics/A/A13.PDF
Brown/yellow 3. Fuel pump relay has gone to pin S from terminal B of the 90q fusebox
white/black 18. ECU Power Supply Terminal 30 (+12V) this is hooked up straight to my battery
black/green 27. ECU Power supply Terminal #15 (Ignition +12V) this is hooked up to pin 15(ignition coil) from terminal B from the 90q
black/red 37. Voltage Supply (+12V) input with ignition on for all 5 Fuel injectors (N30-N83), Mass Air Flow Sensor (G70), Evap canister freq. valve, Wastegate Freq. valve, Idle air control valve. This is also hooked up to pin 15(ignition coil) from terminal B from the 90q
for power to all solenoid 87A on the 90q has also been spliced into the big blue wires (fuse S115 and S75) seen on page two of this thread: http://www.s2forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=38722
I have a four wires grounded on the back of the intake manifold and two wires grounded from the transmission and block.
The fuel lines are hooked up correctly
I switched the FPR to one that is KE jetronic(from an s6) and put in place of the original slot.
It is timed
The only codes I blinked out was 2111 (Blink Fault Code), 00513 VAG1551/2 Fault Code Number
RPM sensor (G28)
Open or short circuit, sensor malfunction
Defective sensor & cables, metal fragments on flywheel teeth
Symptom: Engine will not start, misfires, may stop running
which I went ahead and replaced
I am using a AAN flywheel and pressure plate.

I have convinced him that he needs to wire the G40 to pins 8/55 and 12/55 of the AAN ECU and let the ECU provide the power (and get the proper signal back in turn, so the ECU knows what is going on with the engine during starting and more importantly fire the fuel pump relay (in the UrS6 the J17 fuel pump relay also controls power to the injectors for example). Today, Durr suggests that the engine is not even turning over.
