HELP! I need help from the masters

I have a b3 90q that I am trying to do an AAN swap into and she isnt firing up.
Here is everything in a nutshell:
    Wiring:
So these are the AAN pins I have connected to my 90q harness using these resources here:

    b3 90q NG wiring diagram http://www.s2central.net/S2_Schematics/A/A13.PDF

Brown/yellow 3. Fuel pump relay has gone to pin S from terminal B of the 90q fusebox
white/black 18. ECU Power Supply Terminal 30 (+12V) this is hooked up straight to my battery
black/green 27. ECU Power supply Terminal #15 (Ignition +12V) this is hooked up to pin 15(ignition coil) from terminal B from the 90q
black/red 37. Voltage Supply (+12V) input with ignition on for all 5 Fuel injectors (N30-N83), Mass Air Flow Sensor (G70), Evap canister freq. valve, Wastegate Freq. valve, Idle air control valve. This is also hooked up to pin 15(ignition coil) from terminal B from the 90q

for power to all solenoid 87A on the 90q has also been spliced into the big blue wires (fuse S115 and S75) seen on page two of this thread: http://www.s2forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=38722

I have a four wires grounded on the back of the intake manifold and two wires grounded from the transmission and block.

The fuel lines are hooked up correctly

I switched the FPR to one that is KE jetronic(from an s6) and put in place of the original slot.

    It is timed

The only codes I blinked out was 2111 (Blink Fault Code), 00513 VAG1551/2 Fault Code Number
    RPM sensor (G28)
Open or short circuit, sensor malfunction
Defective sensor & cables, metal fragments on flywheel teeth
Symptom: Engine will not start, misfires, may stop running
which I went ahead and replaced

I am using a AAN flywheel and pressure plate.

    Four comments:

    1. Where is the G40 Cam Position Sensor connection? If there is no G40 signal to the ECU, it will not trigger the Fuel Pump relay (at least on an AAN harness)
    2. You probably wasted your money on the G28 RPM sensor, it always throws a "bad" code when you pull the codes on a non-running engine
    3. Not sure what you mean about your Fuel Pressure Regulator. An S6 was never K-Jetronic.
    4. You need to confirm that you have spark and fuel while cranking. I suspect that you might have spark but no fuel.

1st question - is it an immo ECU ?
2nd - Are you running correct fuel pump relay ?

        S2central:
        1. I was told it was NOT an immobilizer ECU (AAN came from a 96 S6)
        2. I have a relay from a 94 s4 and a 96 S6. Do I need a different one?

        URS4BOY:
        1. I dont have any connection for the G40. What should I do? People have told that its not needed as long as the ECU is getting power?
        2. Probably but I just wanted to fix just in case.
        3. FPR = Fuel pump Relay. I was referring to having to change it out because the fueling is a tad different.
        4. I have fuel.

@durr - spend some time on this site. Anyone telling you that g40 isn't needed is talking rubbish.

Your ecu part number needs to end in AA or A to have a chance.

Fuel pump relay wiring is a bit unique to coupe with 3B/aan/aby install.

I will check the ECU number and I have a b3 90q sedan not a coupe. Any suggestions on the wiring then? Is the wiring I have completed now fine? I just need to add a switched source for the G40?

On AAN ABY and ADU the G40 is used for starting and on WOT above 4K RPM. Without the signal it will not start, no spark or fuel. It sits behind the cam wheel on front of engine and plugs in at front of IM. I don't think it pulls a code if unplugged.

I get fuel so this probably points to no spark.
I just got this from urs4boy who has been helping me. Thank you.

You need to look at your ignition switch and starter wiring, taking into the necessary account of the load reduction relay. This is B3/B4 stuff and I can NOT help you there.
I am not sure what he means by looking at my ignition switch and starter wiring? Anyone

By no fuel, i mean the injectors are not called to open....

UrS4boy means that if your engine is not turning over its a different issue.

So, when you turn the ignition key, does the starter turn the engine? Is this what your problem is because I thought the engine was turning over but not firing up which would be G40 related probably as you dont have it installed. It helps the ECU fine TDC and starts it on the number 1 cylinder, or something like that anyway!

I have been trying to help Durr off-line (through pm). The part that I have been trying to emphasize to him is that IF he is using an AAN Motronic ECU to run his AAN in his B3 (or B4 - whatever), he has to wire-up all in the ECU inputs and outputs as they would be in the UrS6 donor car. Of particular importance is the G40 cam position sensor. I think Durr was trying to NOT wire this up or, if he was, that he was going to supply it with its own switched power. I think I have convinced him that he needs to wire the G40 to pins 8/55 and 12/55 of the AAN ECU and let the ECU provide the power (and get the proper signal back in turn, so the ECU knows what is going on with the engine during starting and more importantly fire the fuel pump relay (in the UrS6 the J17 fuel pump relay also controls power to the injectors for example). Today, Durr suggests that the engine is not even turning over.

I don't know B3/B4s so I can't comment on the starter wiring (hence my vague check the switch (known to fail) and the starter wiring comment). If the ECU came from a North American 96 UrS6 (should be a Canadian car if a 1996), there were no immobilizer ECUs in the UrS car run in North America.

Hope that helps Durr and the rest of the crew trying to help him.

Let me clear this up. The car is cranking but not turning over and I am using a full AAN harness and ECU. The g40 from my understanding is already hooked up with the motoronic ECU. I am at a lost as to why its not turning over.
