Milling out a Headgasket is a no no. Quite simply you get too close to the firing ring. The exact thing that seals the bore from the engines oil and waterways.
Such is the extend of the effectiveness of the firing ring that once you have fitted a metal multi layer Headgasket you can't go back to a fibre one without decking the block as otherwise it doesn't seal properly from the indentations created by the multi layer's firing ring.
Now as a reference point the reason an 81mm bore engine comes with an 82mm bore gasket is to allow for of the shelf 1st and 2nd oversized pistons. So you can use the stock gasket with an 82mm piston. To go to an 82.5mm bore the only of the shelf option would be to ring the block and use the fibre gasket of the 7A lump which favours the bigger bore size.
Much the same as you would with a copper Headgasket. Although instead of paying big money for a copper gasket you can use the stock cheap fibre one with the same results.
