well my friend have audi 200 20v with AAN ECU , 3B injectors , and 4bar FPR... he drive on that setup 3 month . I did everithing on that car.. car is stoch 230 hp..
and just like you said that 3b injectors have the same flow on 3bar fpr, like AAN injectors on 4 bar FPR.
I called him today that he have to change 4bar fpr to stock one.. he change it and then he went to drive the car...
and resoult is that car go perfect until 4000 rpm , and then lose a half of power . car is dead after 4k rpm.
and with 4 bar FPR, RUNS PERFECT, and go like it have to be..
that means what?Comment

Dead/tired fuel pump most likely.well my friend have audi 200 20v with AAN ECU , 3B injectors , and 4bar FPR... he drive on that setup 3 month . I did everithing on that car.. car is stoch 230 hp..

If you run 3B injectors on 4 bar FPR you will run mega rich all the time.Comment

thanks for info... I think that is better price than it have zeitronix , or inovative motorsport.
I was looking for chipest version of wideband AFR, that it is.. and I will buy it..Comment

the fuel pump are NEW.. 6 month is old..
I know that you said that .. " will be rich all the time" , but it's not... runs perfect, belive be. car and engine runs and go perfect..Comment

lol.
With 3B injectors and 4 bar FPR the car gave ~12 AFR on idle with lambda off.
I have personally tested this on three separate cars.
Under boost it was crazy rich and the car was losing power, of course this was corrected by dialing in the proper injector constant.
Something is wrong with your friend's car then.Comment

that guy that igor was talking about is me. Today i changed from 4 bar to 3 bar FPR and when i started to drive in lower rpm i got feeling that cars have more power, but when it reaches about 4k rpm the check engine blinks and car don't have power, it's like lazy cow. tomorrow i will go back to 4 bar.Comment

Pull codes then, if you get a CEL.
Do you have stock chips in your ECU? Maybe you have something funny in there...
Point is, if your fuel pump is OK, your fuel pressure is OK, then you are flooding your engine, and your car is running much worse than it should.
Also, to end that 0.3 bar and 0.6 bar debate. 3B has a 200kpa map sensor, AAN has 250kpa and the computer is calibrated differently (not meant to be accurate at low values).Comment

in that car is stock AAN ECU 100% and it was never been opened... NEWER..
so why my car with aan ecu , benkys car with aan ecu and friends car on 200 20v with 3b ecu , we all have 0.2 bar on dash ... we all..? why?
what will you say? that all 3 cars are not good?Comment

Sounds like you have a leak in the vac/boost line to your FPR. Or the fuel filter is blocked.that guy that igor was talking about is me.
