    Throttle stalling

Hello, I've been runing a Gt3071 with 034 chips for a while on my ABY coupe without any problems till now...

The thing is that when I'm idling on a corner to take off my throttle completly stalls about 1500~2000 rpm, it doesn't turn off the engine, but it is like if i'm not pressing the throttle pedal at all. If I keep pumping the pedal it reacts again and I can keep running again from 2500~3000 rpm on but with this late reaction every time I press the pedal.

I ran VAG COM which didn't showed anything.

What could it be ? coil? fuel pump ? etc..

One more thing, is not always, sometimes the car runs fine, but suddenly it starts failing !!

    Thanks!!!

Does this happen only on corners or can you make it happen on a straight road too?

That is a good idea. So is checking the MAF connections.

Have a look on Vag Com to make sure you are picking up a signal from your road speed sensor. It changes the map used when coasting with a closed throttle...

Cost you nothing to look if the above's not it...

Checking road speed with Climate Control head

If you don't have access to VAG-com, another possible way to access the road speed is through the automatic climate control head. Channel 17 has this info (Ch. 51 has the coolant temp at the climate control temp sender in the T-behind the head (this is not the G62 Engine Coolant Temp sender though).

Access the Climate Control info (and Ch. 17 in this case) by following the instructions here:

MAF is gone or going or the connector has issues.
                  Run a check with VAG-COM.
