Avant fuel filter Banjo torque?

I have the fuel filter out of the avant now and ready to fit a new one, question is how much to torque up the banjo bolts? I imagine it's fairly important as it's just an alloy filter.

Before you go further, you do have the proper new crush washers right?

As for torque, I would use a normal rachet and torque it to "goodandtight". (You'll feel the crush washers, well, er, crush, and then it will get difficult. That will be time to stop. Well, just a bit more, then stop.

The filter came with solid copper washers, not crush washers. I fitted it anyway 'good and tight', I might have a leak at the top joint so it may be back out tomorrow.
