    Heat Shield?

I was thinking of replacing the heat shield that sits between the long black intake pipe and the turbo area as it's looking a bit tatty. Anyone know the part numbers?

    Muchos gracias

I made a further shield that attaches to the 2 M8 bolts and then goes over the turbo, easy to makes and does a great job of keeping things cooler under there I have a template somewhere that I can measure up - I just used some 1.5mm thk aluminium sheet off ebay. This was all part of my cone filter installation projekt.

                        Thanks Andy.

Just to check these are for the two heat shields that run in line with each other between the turbo/downpipe/exhaust manifold and the cold air intake pipe by the cam cover?

Next question (for full marks ) ; what are the part numbers for the heat shield fore and aft below protecting the chassis from the turbo and downpipe?

There are part numbers for the shields for the transmission tunnel and exhaust but nothing that I can find for that - it references a drawing that I can't find

is it possible these are the PN? (from a previous post)

                            Heat Shield part numbers:

There's two, an upper 895 804 161 (sits below turbo on inner wing) and a lower further down which part covers the chassis rail.

Lower one if needed is 895 804 162.
