I've used a fumoto for years without an undertray without any problems so no need to worry...Its a bloody fantastic little widget and I am sooo glad i don't ever have to faff with the sump plug anymore. There's a pic on here somewhere of what was left of mine
Had to hammer and chisel SteveT63's bung out on Monday night, he also will be fitting the Fumoto. If any one else is after one I think Europeanme has a supplier
I've got a Fumoto fitted as well - great little gadget. You can buy them with an extra circular clip so you're 100% it's not going to open accidentally.
Once you have fitted a new sump plug and do it up the right torque, I have had no problems since changing my oil regularly...

Me neither, on four seperate 20V engines (Though two of them needed a breaker bar for the first oil change that I did!).
I did subsequently do six monthly oil+filter changes though, and always applied a little copper grease to the sump plug thread before refitting which I reckon helps.
An 6-point hex ring or combination spanner is a good investment too, if you haven't got one already.
