What is the performance serial westegate?

I founded GT35 turbocharger and I can not control the boost.
Vems settings do not result in a stable high-pressure (1.8 bar raised - measured more than 2.5 bar)
WG I did a test, plugged the cord from the turbo to the WG ( test in third gear) :

3300 rpm - 0,26 bar
4300 rpm - 0,42 bar
5300 rpm - 0,58 bar
6100 rpm - 1 bar
7000 rpm - 1.6 bar

When I connect the N75 valve pressure rise is not controlled, pressure is growing to more than 2.5 bar. Valve is smooth and well-connected, the manual controller is the same.

Standard Wastegare is far to small for the flow of the GT35r.

You're getting "boost creep" . I had this with my GT30, it turned out I had a smaller than standard wastegate, I never found out why, check your wastegate and make sure its the correct one and that the valve is opening all the way. Sometimes you can get a build up of carbon on the valve stem. If it all looks ok maybe you can do some porting on it to get it to flow more gas or fit a bigger one.

That depends how good the turbo flows. With a big turbo a small wastegate is maybe enough, but with a small hotside(and big ex pressure) you need a bigger wastegate. I would say there is no max. hp for the oem wastegate.

Edit. Also the used boost pressure affect the need for the wastegate size. When used big boost the wastegate need to work less than with low boost. On low max. boost the wastegate need to be more open and flow much exhaust gasses bacause it need to limit the boost much more.

Several things affect the need of the wastegate size.

dont forget that the location of the wastgate and the angle of flow needs to be sufficient to. Gasses must be able to flow into the wastegate....

What car is this? Does the WG come from an S2?

In Vems can you map boost to rpm?

Adjust the bleed valve so that no boost is leaked and thus all goes to the WG diaphragm. If the boost continues to rise all the way to the redline, then it's not flowing enough, if it reaches a peak value and then drops off, it's working OK. Sounds/looks like it's not big enough for your application, as others have said.

Note, you must have boost going to the WG diaphragm for it to work. The bleed valve you have pictured, won't be doing you any favours, this will counter anything the N75 is doing and is not going to be amking VEMS's job any easier either.

waste gat has an air leak on the stem..if you strip it down you will find that it is not holding pressure...these are good for well over 600bhp..i am running nearly 500bhp on stock w/g with no issues

i also had the same issue a year back and the tuner said the w/g was not flowing enough,so stripped it to find the problem..the stem was leaking the vacuum..top chamber didnt hold vac,new bronze guide fitted and all was good
it is aflow issue here as the gasses cannot escape as the w/g is not fully opening

MBC set at 1.6 bar, there is a jump to recharge. It seems as though the sound of turbo surge?
When topping up 1.4 bar is no such thing exists.

Take a V44, the stock WG is 34mm so maybe the 38mm Tial will not be enough..?
