Keen to see photos / how to fit these 550 injectors as on paper they are looking a superior choice.

FFS, are there not any off the shelf, direct fit injectors that would suit my setup that I can buy in the UK?

I'm after a set pretty quickly so that if I manage to get a mapping date at short notice I'm ready.

Thats the chaps... what we need is a mechanical drawing of that EV6 package versus dimension of the EV1 on S2/RS2 to understand if the spacer is going to be a ballache or not.

BTW - See how the '550' marketing number is actually more like 528cc when you take +/- 3% tolerance into account - still plenty oomf though

They flow less than the Volvo injectors, they are labelled wrong in that thread.

I have some EV6 info in a Bosch catalog here - will try to extract it...

Compare this to length 74mm / o-ring seat to seat 61mm for the 42lb, Volvo, and I assume stock etc

So a spacer is needed to accommodate the gap between the fuel rail and where it would connect with the injector ?

Yes Paul I got the height spacers and adapters free with them and I'm running them with vems, Repo recommended them to me and my idle issues were sorted over the rc eng injectors they were the ev14
