just been out side and there is a faint blue spark plus just spoted three wires that cum from the hall sensor on the dizzy shaft two have small bits of sheilding missing like theyve been traped and a red wire beared and covered up with black tape

well i now that i can sort that out tomorro and a new set of leads spark are new they been in three weeks

Got your PM. In the short term, you can try wrapping the hall sender wires with electrical tape. In the longer term, I have a write-up that is not quite finished on replacing the hall sender in a 3B and early AAN tuna can distributor. It involves one of the BB Automacao hall senders.
