Keep getting code 561 in periods???

What causes this, Any ideas?
Could it be the breather system that causes this?

Have changed maf and lambda to brand new original ones and code still activates.
So two questians: could it be because of mé running 95 ron, or something Else?

Hmm ign. Amps are brand new hella one's, coils are brand new oem ones, exhaust is leaking but ón outlet side of catalyst.
Problem seems to comeback when i go 100% throttle and not so much when ón part throttle????

MAF connector cna easily be the problem like newsh linked

I got rid of that 561 faulty code that was keeping coming out randomly (sometimes alone sometimes together with the 537 lambda one) by changing ALL the vacuum tree pipes and hoses and bits and pieces behind the thorottle body.
Plus all the PCV pipes and bits and pieces including the flame trap.

Nasty job but going trough all the connections there makes you understand how easy it's to get unmisured air in your motor and by this having that code as result.

I have changed the plug and connectors but only 5cm of wire but no help, Will check the wire to the ecu just to make sure.

Don't forget to measure your fuel pressure.
