    Interesting Set-Up

Not sure if this has been on topic before, but wonder what this set-up would be like & guess lag wouldn't be to much of a problem.

~ Twice as much back pressure, exhaust post first turbo has spent most of its energy accross the first turbine so cant imagine it doing much to the second turbo.

      sceptical.

I'd rather have a compound charge setup. Some people have had some mind blowing results doing it that way. I think the lack of lag may even satisfy Jamo !

Hmm, if you want complicated vasilis you should take a look at a Subaru Legacy GTB twin turbo setup. That makes the setup above look like something from fisher-price

yup, its not as simple as bolting a big turbo to the back of a small one and hoping for the best of both worlds.
If you have ever seen or worked on a sequential twin setup you will know how compliacted they are. Look at the "rats nest" on an FD3 for example.

In any sequential twin setup the smaller first turbo chokes the secondary one.

Ah the beloved washing machines. ( ongoing joke with Mr Impey who drags one )

Clearly what they gain in the lack of moving parts they lose out on the amount of vac hoses

                        Mazda W a n k el?

The setup above is Compound when a set pressure is acieved the wastegate bypasses the first turbo flowing the gasses to the second. Very nice setup if you have the space and the time fot it.

Where did you find that setup in the first post? Looks like an RS2 manifold.
