Good work. I'm tempted to get a 19 row for mine now. The 13 row should be ok for the PAS.

...... and just for the record, it was a total PITA with bells on to fit the cooler, hoses and everything else back into that small space. It is doable but....
If anyone needs a length of hose, I've enough to do one hose. Send me a PM.RS2+ (now sold...)Comment

No. I found that the tricky bit in making the frame is working out where and at what angles to cut the OEM bracket. As I found out, the final cut line does not look right when the bracket is off the car. I think that is is best identified by marking up in situ, rather than following a template. The OEM bracket is all curves and angles so it's hard to even say 'measure x from here'.
Once you tack on the cut bracket to the new frame you can fit up and tweak it into place before final welding. The rest of the cooler frame is very straightforward.RS2+ (now sold...)Comment

Excellent photos Lloyd, even though they took a while for me to download. Thanks for posting those up.
Tell me about the plumbing nightmare.

I told you it would be tight! Looks like mine now, a proper rats nest of hoses and wires. Looks like I'll have to upgrade mine now you've proved it fits.sigpic
