boost problem only on wot

ok update i read on forum spring should be 83mm and not 87mm length so i dug out cap on wastegate and adjusted screw out so length of spring would be around 83mm in length
much better in gear more of a pause before boosting, but im in work havent got my boost guage with me, andy i will take you up on your offer im in newport, prj all hoses changed including intake , no leaks found on intake or hoses going inside car to maf ect. i did have leaks everywhere before around back of inlet manifold,

Have you mechanically put the entire intake tract under pressure and sprayed it down or not?
If you haven't then do so. 100% sure there will be leaks.

blocked off throttle housing boost hose to ecu and dv, pressure tested over 2psi very small leak from hose on back of inlet manifold , fitted new hose and clips again retested no leaks found with water spray soap, ran up the road slight improvement
problem is from 4000rpm up wards in gears does not pull hard like it does lower down with boost.1.2 max from here ,

You blocked off the DV?
Don't, test with the DV in place, it might be leaking.

Also, you said 2 psi. Surely you meant 20 psi?

update

just fitted boost guage from rusty , checked all hoses again on rear of inlet manifold no leaks also changed original hose from green hard pipe to t piece yesterday just incase , now every pipe is new. 4th gear from 3000rpm 1.7 bar spike for 1 second , and then hold at 1.6 untill 5000rpm then drops gradually to 1.25 which is the best i have ever had the car running, BUT i have the same set up as avantus 1.9 bar max .
i can get the car to boost to 1.9 by pinching the boost hose which connects to the ecu
and it will hold there. so whats wrong ?

So you still have not done a pressure test on your car? Or did you this time?
Pressurize the intake, also including all vacuum hoses.

Also pull codes and log altitude sender in VAG-COM.

Pinching the ECU hose you might make the ECU give more WGDC. Doing that with a car that is not boosting properly, although it should is the best way to blow up the turbo or worse.
