Basically the best way to build for that much power at the wheels is to throw pretty much the whole of the car away and start afresh.

Sell the bits you dont need.

You should be pretty much left with

:Block (Bare)
:Head (Bare)
:Shell (Bare)
:Gear box (Empty)
iffs (Empty)

The size of turbo you would need to make a genuine 700 to all 4 wheels it would have just got into its stride when you had to change gear! Your going to have to make it a stroker or build it to rev to 10k to have any usable power band!

It's not /that/ bad. Full boost on a 680 chp car with meth is around 4700 in 3rd.
So it is going to be around 5200 or so. If you rev to around 8.3k it will be workable...

Point is, 2.2T's tuned to that much power have only one purpose... launch at dragstrip with ALS and keep turbo spooled up all the time with no lift shift.
After the 1/4 mile they are done.
