My S2 is running again at last

After all the problems I have finally fitted my newly rebuilt engine,and the car is running. Still a few things to sort, speedo stopped working,and so has the oil pressure gauge,both of which I need to run it in properly.
But the main thing is after blowing its self to bits its back on the road and not scrapped,and I have to admit that I thought of it a few times,but when I turned the key it was worth all the effort.Many thanks to all who supported me, and a special thank you to Aelred,top man

As I still havent fixed my speedo. I am having to calculate the mileage on the petrol I use.5 gallons = 100 miles, oil changed and n75 still dissconnected,not gone over 4000,
this is hard.

lou - check the plug on the gearbox is connected fine that will most likely be the issue, apart from that have a play with the plugs behind the pocket under the drivers steering wheel, a couple of my coupe's was playing up and that sorted them.
