Hi folks,
I recently presented my car in member's cars section.
I need your advise in this issue since you know much better than me these awesome machines.
As explained in presentation post, I recently changed turbo in my RS2. It's a new stock turbo. No mods yet.
I have driven less than 1000km with this new turbo and yesterday spotted an oil leak in one of the steel tubes on top of the central body between both turbines. Hope you can see it in the picture.
Is this signal of something broken or is just a bad condition seal?
Second question: I'm planning to install a boost gauge to see if turbo pressure is right and detect any problem.
What do you think about this? http://www.ebay.de/itm/VDO-COCKPIT-W...#ht_534wt_1165
Thanks in advance,
Sergi

Speak to someone who can actually work the parts system and get you what you need
As a temporary fix, you could use some oil resistant sealant to repair any shrinking or damage to the seal.
