[Help]What sensor is this?

Hi!

Just ended the job of a life...
Got the ABY rebuilt and installed, just started the break-in process, and like the engine builder told me the engine is kind of sluggish

Have got at the moment a rough/limp idle, when cold the car is very smooth idling, but when the rpm adjust to ~900rpm the idle oscilates, better, the whole car kind of shakes and the idle becomes kind of limp...

Now the speedometer stoped at 0 and doesn't move at all, and I found this sensor disconnected...



Where does this connect?
Whats it for?

Just trying to sort out the little problems so I can move on to GT2871 power!!!!
