Emissions test problems

Had the lambda and CO tested today as I wanted to see how they were, following some recent jobs. Annoyingly, the lambda was 1.04 or so, which is out of spec and the sports cat was only getting down to 0.45% CO, rather than the 0.25% or less that it's achieved at all MOTs since it was fitted.

A pressure test had been done about an hour before, which caused oil to be burned for 30s afterwards and then the car did 4 rolling road runs before cooling off at idle. The car also ran mildly rich on the rollers. Could either of those have affected things?

I took the car for a run and 'cleaned it out a bit' but got the same results after re-testing.

Suggestions for things to check, tweak and hit please.

Will give it some time to clear and re-test. I haven't had it tested in this spec before so don't know if it was spot on before today

Boost leak, lambda or maf or (my favourite) dirty maf connector

New exhaust manifold and modified exhaust to match. Could be a leak causing the lambda to be out. I tried to read the measuring blocks live but my lead is too crap so I'll have to get a faster one. Also need to check MAF value but again, lead won't do it
