Blue smoke ! Help!

Did you tint the new fogs and indicators yourself or are they aftermarket items?

Hi all just wanted to update this.

I removed the downpipe after some advice and found some oil residue on the hotside of the turbo , managed to set a turbo from Sonic on here and the problem has gone !

So a massive thanks to all who commented or pointed me in the right direction, the advice on the forum is second to none

So your issue was with your Turbo and nothing else? Im asking because I have a simular issue.

my apologies it should read (managed to get a turbo) , if your having similar issues whicp the down pipe off and look for a black residue i have picture of what mine looked like if you need them

I'm having similar issues, also suspect the turbo, but I think mine is leaking on the compressor side (My inlet ducts have a lot more oil in them then yours...)
Could be the valve guides too on my car tho, but i suspect the turbo
Compression was ok btw
Car is using about 1 ltr oil approximately each 1000 km so not good

Btw, did you reuse or renew the turbo gaskets and bolts when you made the switch?
