my aux water pump does not work ive tested it it works when i put 12v to it and ive tested the plug there is 12v there put when i plug them to gether it does not work its a new water pump

have checked the fuses there is twelve volts there but when u plug it in i get 12v of both terminals and then the body of the pump terns to the earthComment
