Radiator Support with Wagner Inlet Manifold on an ABY S2 ?

As per title, what solution have people used to support the factory radiator from rocking backwards and forwards when using the front mounted Wagner intake manifold ?

As the oem drilled bar / strap from the bonnet slam panel to the LHS of the oem radiator can’t be used with the new manifold and throttle body in the way.

Any photos of solutions arrived at ?

    Thanks for any suggestions.

While the zip ties at the front and back of the radiator “tying" the rad to bodywork work very well, they look very mickey mouse.

Create your own support to the slam panel or strut bar

      Hi Jamo,

I know, I will if I have to, but I’m not too proud to copy someone else’s good idea.

Bolted mine to the IM. Approx 10cm long. Very discrete and stable.
(the other is bracket bending backwards is for the oillevel measuring device (OMD, lol just made that up) aka dipstick )

Here's from the side (sorry for bad pic but its the only one i could find now.)
Combined with the dipstick bracket its a very solid construction. Make sure to isolate between bracket and bolt with rubber piece if you go for this solution. Vibration kills the fun.

PS, Im running stiff enginemounts in my setup, so if this bracket solution are to be used with oem enginemounts, be aware that the radiator will follow the engine much more in movement and that problems might occur.
