Any ideas what it would be? Turbo? Rings? Valve guides?
What's the mileage on the RS2? Do you notice any smoke on the overrun? You may need to get someone to follow you to check for smoke whilst moving.
It could be valve stem seals or the hot side seal on the turbo. I'm sure someone on here will be able to suggest a few tests to identify what's causing it. It doesn't look bad from the video though. Is everything standard on the car - turbo, breather system, etc?

The car is standard apart from a K&N replacement filter, its done 229,000kms and is daily driven. I cleaned the flame trap about 2 years ago (wasnt too bad) and did it again last month (nothing much has changed). It doesnt smoke on overrun.
