RS2 smoking grey on start up (with video)

Hi guys I am after some advice as to why my RS2 is smoking grey on warm start up?
When the car is stone cold there is nothing, but up to about 4 hours after its last run it smokes grey for up to 30 seconds:

Any ideas what it would be? Turbo? Rings? Valve guides?

What's the mileage on the RS2? Do you notice any smoke on the overrun? You may need to get someone to follow you to check for smoke whilst moving.

It could be valve stem seals or the hot side seal on the turbo. I'm sure someone on here will be able to suggest a few tests to identify what's causing it. It doesn't look bad from the video though. Is everything standard on the car - turbo, breather system, etc?

The car is standard apart from a K&N replacement filter, its done 229,000kms and is daily driven. I cleaned the flame trap about 2 years ago (wasnt too bad) and did it again last month (nothing much has changed). It doesnt smoke on overrun.

With that amount of kms I would say valve seals.

If they are worn oot you'll have some bit of oil getting on the pistons cealings and hence burnt on first cold start up.
