I am guessing that the biggest issue was probably air leaks at the injector O-rings and inserts. Good job tracking it all down and fixing the problem(s).

All is clear now, many thanks.its just a shame that my car is still running the same after doing all those things.

How much were inserts for im? Do you have part numbers too? Goto get my injectors out as one is playing up after cleaning and is a likely boost leak location on mine too.

            Hi Greg,

            here it is :
            ref# 034 133 555 and about, 4€/each

Be carefull when you want to remove them from IM, if they break it gos directly on pistons head
better to remove IM before working on this

            cheers !

Yeah, will def take your advice, not worth the risk. Are they a standard thread to screw them in? What size Allen are they too?

Greg the old ones are feel like they are made of glass, and the new ones are made of cheese,so be very gental.they are cheap enough so buy a couple of spares.
Take the IM of, its the only way,and you must make sure that the threads in the IM are clean.Newsh helped me do mine, and it was not straight forward,we used a thread file to clean the IM and a brass injector seal to clean out the threads, one or two where still tight.
                Good luck

did the same and add some "blue paste" on threads to avaid any new leaks
