500 is not laggy at all, if you do everything right.
600 is though, with standard displacement you won't hit the 1st to 2nd shift without going into a lag hole on a standard 01E box, unless you do a LOT of mods.

Aaargh that 3076 0.82 route is so tempting

Even though you should be happy with what you've got, more is always lurking.

Not worth it on your car. Either stay with what you have, or stick a 35R on it.
You'll do that anyway one day.

It's been already said in the thread.
Also search a little, there's a million threads on this forum dealing with the same thing.

You say you are a novice at Audi... what other cars have you gotten to 500hp, that you are saying 500hp is boring?
                Just curious.

Oh yeah... I obviously forgot to add, that you actually have to run sequential injection, so that the injection is timed correctly and you know engine phase.
Otherwise yeah, you'd get a lean condition. But that's not a problem with any decently set up system.

I am curious too, as 500hp on the road in a 1300kg car like the UR will be brutal!

The UR is pretty brutal with a properly mapped up stock ADU engine & box. We are talking 3.1-3.2 second FATS time.
                      The RS2 doesn't get that with even a K26/K27.

Not sure what it's going to be used for - if it's a drag racing project that is another question entirely, and the more the merrier. But then getting the chassis off the line is important as well.

                        I have a Audi S3 revolution stage 2+
My bro has a 647 bhp r32 skyline
And I use to have a version 6 Subaru type r 2.5 scoobyclinic tuned Sc450

But use to see this ur as a boy drive up and down my moms road and now 16 Yeats later I own it and want big power out of it .
