The injectors have been discussed countless times, use the search function.

As for my attitude - I really don't care what you think.
I actually gave you lots of information. But you choose to ignore that information.
When I point that out to you directly, you make a personal attack on my attitude.

    Keep going.
that´s true.. all the bits is from my friends rs2 - injectors, ex manifold, injectors, maf, turbo, ecu and camshafts.. allmost anything except the engine it self. I could understand if my car would have problems on WOT but on idle seems strange to me.

Ofcourse I hoped on a nice running car
And ofcourse I want to check everything else before an upgrade to VEMS PnP and retune.. Not so fun to upgrade the ecu and retune for $1700 and it shows up that something else is wrong that I could have fixed for $100..

I´m glad for ur info.. did as u sayed and pressurised the whole system and so on..

Hopefully I´ll get some tax money back next month so I can buy a vems pnp and tune it

Exactly, engine is different. Cylinder head could be different. Combustion chamber shape is probably different.
Intake configuration is probably different affecting the readings on the MAF....
If the AFR is so wrong, then the timing is also probably completely wrong on part throttle, because the load itself is calculated wrong by the ECU.

Those injectors also go bad over time, and they can be the reason for your hesitation problems, but you should just fit better injectors, instead of having to worry about them. For example 750cc EV14's should be adequate for your turbo. You also need a better fuel pump, because the stock fuel pump can not deliver fuel for more than about 420hp. Bosch 044 with a relay would be a good choice. The MAF could be going bad as well, because you are still running a hot wire MAF.

1700$ sounds like a lot of money, but if your car is running about 400hp now, then it will be worth it, because that turbo can do 600 with the right supporting mods.
This could easily be done on Motronic as well for less than 1000$, but you don't like my attitude, and I don't have any direct flights to Göteborg.

      P.S.
Here is my friend's car with Motronic and RS4 MAF, on a GT35R/0.82, with unfinished tune:

        U are right!!

Maybe I should send the injectors to a company that are able to bench test them to see that they are all good and within flowspecs.
        What´s the price of 5 ev14´s ?

I have ordered a 044 pump, will show up next week hopefully

        wow, really nice tune!!
My goal is around 400-450bhp this summer since I´m running on stock internals so it´s crucial that the tuning will be right!

I saw on vems.hu u´ll get a vems pnp for around 968Euros including shipping, I think it will be an good investment, also kinda nice to get rid of the MAF

a little question, I have a innovate mtx-l wideband with ls4 sensor, when I connect it to the vems box, can I still use the digital guage ?

And if I go with the vems pnp.. is it difficult to just make a tune that will take the car thruw MOT ? start with a stock tune and change change the value for injectors and go with the autotune button ?

Is the vems pnp for aan programmed for coil on plugs or do I have to change anything in the tune for that ?

GT35R on stock internals? Mmm.. okay. You can still get 500hp with the correct tuning, but not more.
Price of 5 EV14's? Probably around 400$ with electrical adapters + shipping, depends if you find a good deal.

All these Siemens Deka 630cc's go bad at low pulse widths after a certain time. A friend of mine from the US has a bucket full of them, just going to the trash.
And you can't really blame the manufacturer, because the manufacturer does not specify them below 1.5ms. However, on idle and low load you are running less than that on a 2.2 5 cylinder with 630cc injectors at 4 bar.

If you are running stock internals, be careful with VEMS, and try to get the knock control working on it...
Or you will bend the rods pretty quickly.

Yeah it´s kinda risky, well see what happends, I have a newly rebuilt engine with pauter rods and je pistons waiting I will prob go down to a Gt30 instead..

ah okey, better to change em out then, not so ful to have an mal functioning injector when doing wot runs My injectors is running at 3bar fpr - a bad idea ?

yes, I will order the vems with 2 knock inputs to be safe

At WOT there will be nothing wrong with them, only at low pulse widths.
3 bar means they will be barely sufficient to flow enough fuel if the car is tuned to it's potential.

okey.. is it possible to run with them if I have vems ecu and change the pulse width ?

Then turbo center in stockholm did a really bad tune since the car is tuned with a 3bar fpr :s

Hopefully the car will run fine with vems and a new tune Just need to make a basetune to get the car thruw MOT with okey emissions

Just have a question.. Looked in vag-com and saw that I only have 13.87V at idle.. Ain´t that too low ?

Also wounder if there should be a ground cable from the oil sump to the chassi ? If that is missing, is it possible that my engine ain´t grounding good enough ?
Also saw that It has been a cable fire were the battery is located, the isolation on the + cable were not so good :/ Do u know were the + cable goes thruw the car, does it go straight to the starter ?
                  The car is a UrS4..
