    ECU and injector advice please

I have absolutely loved owning and driving my S2 coupe ABY for about 9 months now, but i now feel the need for more power (she is homefried already).
So i have started to make a list of the parts i think i will need. I have said to myself that 400bhp is the maximum figure i would like to achieve. Anywhere between 350-400 would be fine.
The car already has a stainless 2.5" decatted exhaust system.
I have already bought an RS2 intercooler and crossmember. I have done the 4" inlet mod on my airbox. I will be shortly buying a Wagner Evo inlet manifold with T3 flange.
I was going to go for an RS2 hybrid turbo from Hoffer.
What i would like to know is do i have to replace my ECU with an RS2 ECU or modify my own ECU (I dont know how this side of the process works). Will the car need remapping? Who would you reccomend to do it? (I am in Cornwall!). Also what make/type/model injectors do i need to buy and from where?
Do i definately need to change the fuel pump to Bosch 044?
Have I forgot anything or is there any thing else I need? (already have big Porsche brakes up front).
Your advice would be much appreciated.

"Wagner Evo inlet manifold with T3 flange."

    Did you mean exhaust manifold?

In that case, with a T3 exhaust manifold, you won't be able to use the KKK turbos, e.g. the RS2 K24-7200.

You will need remapping and you will need suitable injectors, matched to the turbo, e.g. Garrett 3071.

Having just had a look at the Wagner Tuning website, I have made a mistake, i should have stated K26 flange. Thats what i will be using.

The K26 style flange allows you to use the RS2 turbo (K24-7200) and with some modifications the Volvo K24-7400 turbo (Ruffiano will chime in on this I hope) as well as the hybrid turbos from 034, including a hybrid 3071.

For the goal your aiming at I would go with:

              RS2 turbo
              3" Downpipe
Wagner EVO RS manifold with k26 flange
Light green bosch injectors instead of the RS2 injectors should give you some more head room.
Samco hoses would be a good idea.
Perhaps you should do spark plugs, fuel filter as well.

Use ev14 500cc injectors, will idle like stock and enough head room. siemens dekas are ok as well but then you have to ask who is mapping it also that they are ok mapping the car with your injector choice

EV14 are too much trouble for that power target with all the adapters.
Buy these: 0280155968, they are plug and play. EV6, but they work well. Have quite a few cars running around with them now.

Also, if you are getting a Wagner manifold anyway, you might want to get the T3 flange and stick a more modern turbo on there, like a GT3071R. Of course that will be more expensive and the oil and water lines will need doing as well.

If you get it done by the end of the summer, I can map it...
