        Sadly this won't be the only bridge We'll have to cross!
        I would just use ABY/3B mounts it will be a direct fit. The AAN serpentine belt arrangement does really obstruct the rad in the B3/B4 chassis so again ABY/3B/7A brackets can be used

            Sounds good. Im at the stage of clearing the bay to weld the mounts in.
            Doubt mine will be as clean though.

            If yours is a 16v then we are on almost identical projects and part collections

              It was a 2.0 16v quattro (6A).

              I'm still working through parts lists for some of the niggly parts, hoses, clips, etc....

              Have you got a thread?

                So far all the bilkhead screws are in the correct places for the loom braxkets

                    Get posting man, we all love pics!

                    Rear diff - haven't looked into it much except I know I'll have to use a diff that matches to the 6 spd box, I was hoping that I could use the URS4 diff although I have no idea if / how it will mount to my existing rear subframe......either that or a 6 spd S2 diff......?

                    I've got;
                    S2 Coupe - Hubs
                    S2 coupe - Driveshafts
                    S2 coupe - Diff (6 spd)
                    S2 coupe - 6 spd Propshaft

                    034 motorsport uprated linkage

                    Set of Porsche 996 Front Calipers

                    I just need;
                    Bambridge caliper brackets for the 996 calipers
                    Rear brakes....?
                    3" downpipe & exhaust
                    Wheels.....?

                    I'll let you know what other bits and bobs I need when I know I'm thinking once I get started things will start cropping up all over the place, maybe I'm being too pessimistic but seems like it's never straight forward with these things

                      The subframe is the same as coupe so should bolt up into it. Not sure if the 16v one is compatible ratio wise. I need to check the code
                      I got a full set of aby alloys for sale if you need them. Also got rear aby brakes o don't expect to use

                        No you can't use an UrS4 rear diff. S2 coupe will fit.

                          Haha what a dumb-@ss I've just checked and forgot I bought an S2 coupe diff....

                          As for rear brakes I read about an S2 upgrade which involved using A4 calipers.....? I'll have to read up about it again and see what I need to get.....
