I bought an adjustable cam sprocket (Piper) to use on mine, but this and most of the ones available do not come with enough offset/dish to take a hall sensor trigger wheel if you are using the coil packs for ignition.
It is possible but only with a lot of modding for the hall sensor mounting boss on the front of the head. Unless of course you use a different trigger mechanism like some of the early AAN engines did, but if it is a 3B, then no problem.
