Just wounder, u all talking about 8:0-1 in comp. Is it necessary to lower the ratio for 5-600hp or is it just for E85 users ?

With E85 you can use higher CR than with petrol.

Yes, it rises. What I have understand you need to be a little careful that you don't use too much advance on high rpm's other wise you can get dangerously big cylinder pressures. But E85 is 106 octane. I'm sure you understand what that means.

            Cylinder pressure = torque.

But yeah, better not cross the knock threshold too much on E85. Especially since it can be E75 in winter, it's best to always leave a lot more margin than you normally do on pump fuel.

Okey But 500bhp with stock CR ain´t no problem with pump gas (98oct) ?

With a 35R, yes. With a 30R you will struggle if the rest of the engine is stock.

Sounds nice Well, the car will be tuned with my dekas, gt35 .64AR and with the new rods and steel headgasket.

Tryed the car today with 1,5bar of boost but I have a strange boosting issue new. The box i tuned for 1,7 bar with a 1,5bar spring with the N75 connected. But my car gives me like 2-2,2bar of boost :s Could it be the wastegate leaking ? I will buy a better one a try!

Or most likely wastegate flow to low with that small A/r turbine housing.

ahh okey.. so the best thing to start with is to make the outlet of the wastegate bigger and maybe inside to ?

If that wont help I need to fit a bigger wastegate ?

It can help a little. I never tested my own after the mod... It was possible to made the seat ring only 1-1,5mm bigger without changing the valve.

Buy the 034 drop in kit or ask JP to mod your wastegate
