Acces to valve feet no,but hold valve from upper tail and check play in it's upper part,even with a dial gauge.But first need to check play in the upper part on a good guide on a spare head because tolerances measured at the tail may not be as measured at the other end.But worth it?I think not.

There is a tool kit for in situ that uses a fitting in the spark plug hole and compressed air, along with a tool to compress the valve springs allowing seal replacement.

Also the "ghetto" method of filling the combustion chamber with rope.
