Finally got the car back together (10:30pm), started first time and only had a small water leak to contend with. All fixed up bled and fluids topped. Went to petrol station to put air in tyres and some fuel in.
Pulled out the petrol station and bang, the engine cut and there was a massive shunt along the drive train.
Initially I thought **** the cam belt has gone or something similar, popped the bonnet and all seemed fine. The car started fine and sounded sweet as a nut on idle, got in to drive and the engine kept cutting out.
I am thinking that I may have connected something in the wrong place and it a sensor throwing a fault. I have found this not connected to anything but do not have a clue what it can attach to?

I tried swapping it as I thought I had two the wrong way around and it cut all fuel so I am hoping this is the ******.
