Where does this vacuum hose go?

See attached picture. I'm removing the remainder of the AC and this is attached to the one-way valve that Tees off for the recirculation flap on the heater box. Just wondering where this hose goes to... I don't think it's the carbon canister, as it's the wrong side. It heads down to the passenger side inner wing (RHD) and the only thing I can think of down there is the windscreen washer reservoir and pump...

On my car thats a hose that goes to the Carbon canister mounted next to the header tank. I think its different on yours though as the ABY CC is in the wing. Still possibly CC related though??

Is the carbon canister not vented through the N80 solenoid though? I have a feeling that this goes to a vacuum reservoir for the AC unit, as there was a lot of hissing when I took the pipe off the AC unit and it would make sense that a line which othewise only goes to the AC unit would have a vacuum reservoir to ensure that the recirculation valve could be operated under any condition...

Ahhh, could be! I havent got AC so that would be why have one there that isnt CC related.

I had a look at some pics of cars and there were only a few that had it, so that would indicate that it's an AC part. Don't really want to take the inner wing out to find out just now, as the car is in a right state with no dash, heater box and half the stuff in the way hanging off Fecking rain can P off

It goes to the vac reservoir IIRC.

Grand cheers for sorting that. Only used on the ac unit as far as I could see, will check tomorrow.
