I have had bad experience with v band clamps that never properly closed and ended up having to add exhaust paste etc etc.
If I ever was to do it again it would be tial hotside and everything done in tial vbands only

i have one on my car without any problem .its so much easier with one of these fitted .

I think a nice stainless one of these would be really good but also would be good along with one for turbo hot side as well as Tonks said.
