Get a measurement from the face to the top of the fingers where the release bearing contacts.
    i measured that today,sandwich of flywheel+plate+pressure plate=105mm
    pressure plate 70mm
    flywheel 35mm
    friction disk 10mm

The other possibility is that you might have mixed up components.
Are you using a genuine 3b flywheel or a 7a one?
flywheel i bough it here on forum as 3b one. i'll double check tomorrow on the part number, but i'm sure i did that allready when i bought it.
but when things turn wrong way you double checking everything

thank you guys for inputs! regarding flywheel,
tonks4x4 can say more. as far as he told me he done setups like that not ones and had no issues.
maybe a very silly question but does the driveshafts and prop shaft have to be connected to test it?
what i done today i had a gearbox out third time and removed realese bearing completely with the fork and fitted it back on. still the same.
can put into any gear while engine runing

    i'm lost

As DJones as said, there is a difference between the 3B flywheel and perhaps the more desirable MB/RR late 200/100 turbo flywheel. As its thicker it moves the stack backwards. Either the original Ur components or the matching MB/RR would work without any problems. The 3B pressure plate is the same as a MB/RR/200 one so the issue is most likely the flywheel.

I'm using 3b flywheel, ur plate, 3b pressure plate, ur release bearing.
I have no ur flywheel to swap it over.
Something gone wrong with this setup but can't
Figure out what at the moment
